Like many Muslims living in the UK, I work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, in an office. This makes it difficult to pray my Jumma prayer. Because of this, I have spent a lot of time developing a step-by-step guide on how to lead the Jumma prayer.
Insha-Allah, the guide is simple and quick, so that people can hopefully get back to work, which like me you are no doubt eager to do. In fact, the guide is so simple that I use it to lead the Jumma prayer at my place of work most weeks.
I have asked several people more learned than myself to look at the guide and offer their constructive criticisms, and all relevant changes have been subsequently made. Please let me know of any changes you feel can be made to the document to make it better.
If you require info about the etiquettes of Jumma and detailed points about Jumma, then I would recommend the book ‘The Essentials Of Jumu’a’ by Ibrahim Madani, which is available in all good Islamic bookshops, as well as online.
Here is a link to my Jumma guide: Jumma Guide.pdf
PS The above guide is 4 pages. I have a more condensed 2 page version, one with the translation and transliteration taken out. Here is the link: Jumma Guide Short.pdf
Assalamu alaykum and many thanks for this. May Allah reward you abundantly.

Thanks, I need to lead Jummah today because I am in a new area with few Muslims. I haven’t done it for many years so couldn’t remember. Would have probably made loads of mistakes if I didn’t see this reminder.
The only thing that you can possibly change to make it better is the Arabic script in lines 23 and 26. It seems a bit jumbled and difficult to read. If you can find some clearer script it would make it a lot easier.
